Construction Consultancy Services Framework 2026
The University of Manchester is providing advance notice of its intention to procure a Construction Consultancy Services Framework to support the delivery of its estates, infrastructure, and capital projects.
The Framework will be structured across multiple Lots, including: • Lot 5: Building Surveying Services / Building Surveying and Project Management Services • Lot 6: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services • Lot 7: Structural and Civil Engineering Services • Lot 8: Project Health and Safety / CDM Advisor Services The Framework is intended to provide access to appropriately qualified consultants across a range of disciplines, enabling the University to procure services for projects of varying scale, value, and complexity.
In addition to core services, the Framework will allow for the provision of supplementary and specialist services to support integrated delivery.
Information relating to: • the proposed Framework structure and scope • supplementary services • indicative procurement timetable • proposed Framework duration • estimated spend and anticipated project volumes by Lot • evaluation criteria for Framework submissions; is set out within the attached draft 'Instructions and Guidance' and 'Project Summary' documents.
