Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust ('OHFT') is required to carry out an external review of its governance arrangements in accordance with best practice contained within NHS Improvement's ('NHI') Risk Assessment Framework and in compliance with NHI's Code of Governance.
The Trust is seeking to appoint advisors to undertake that external review.
The successful appointee will be required to review OHFT's governance arrangements, in accordance with the guidance set out in NHI's Risk Assessment Framework and, specifically, their Well Led Framework for Governance Reviews and Code of Governance.
The appointee will be required to provide a full and detailed report on the findings of their review.
The report must be presented in a format suitable for receipt by the Trust's Board of Directors.
It is expected that a purchase order for this service will be issued to the successful supplier by 3rd March 2017 and that, if so, the appointee will have started work on the assignment by no later than Monday 20th March.
The final report must be submitted to the Trust's Board of Directors by 24th May 2017.
