The scope of this agreement is not limited to this, and the Council may wish to order food vouchers for other groups, including (but not limited to) vulnerable adults and refugees on an ad-hoc basis.
Food vouchers will be made available, upon the Council's request, to any stakeholder working with vulnerable families.
