Children's Social Care Residential and SEN Placements
Bracknell Forest Council intend to award placements for children's residential care and for Special Educational Needs (SEN) school places during the 24 months from 1st April 2016.
The selection of providers is based on quality and cost criteria but also in most cases responding to urgent and changing requirements and to client's right of choice.
This procurement process is being completed under the "Light Touch Regime", governing "Social and Other Specific Services" detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
