CPS - Cleaning Services (DPS) - Manchester, Stockport, Trafford March 16/17

Contour Property Services (CPS) a member of Symphony Housing Group are looking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to supply cleaning services to 21 of its schemes in Manchester, Stockport and Trafford.

Schemes may be tendered individually or grouped together.

Bidders must specify which areas they want to work in by completing and submitting Appendix 1.

Over the course of the next 12 months CPS will invite all approved Bidders to tender for contracts in the areas they have specified.

CPS will tender contracts through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

A DPS allows Bidders who have met a selection criteria to bid for contracts when they become available for tender.

A Bidder may register at any point during the lifetime of the DPS, which will remain open for 12 months.

There is no limit on the numbers of Bidders allowed to be part of the DPS and no guarantee of work.

If a Bidder does not currently meet the selection criteria it can reapply if its circumstances change at any time during the life of the DPS.
