The works include the following items; •Installation of a new staircase within the existing space to provide efficient access to the first floor mezzanine level. •Stair lift should be incorporated, insuring it is DDA compliant. • Installation of mechanical or natural extract fan unit within the room with an outlet via the roof or external roof terminal •The proposed works will require a full building control application to be submitted.
