Lincolnshire Sensory Impairment Services
Lincolnshire County Council (the Council) will shortly be undertaking a procurement exercise for its Sensory Impairment Services across Lincolnshire.
This Service is a Preventative and Reablement Service for both Adults and Children with a Sensory Impairment, both cognitive and acquired, and Associated Disabilities where applicable.
The main purpose of this PIN is to enable the Council to initiate a pre-tender engagement process with interested organisations.
The Council is keen to undertake pre-tender market engagement and it is hopedthat any feedback gained from suppliers throughout this process will provide a better understanding of the market's preferred approach to a number of important issues impacting on the commercial model.
These include the contract duration, market capacity, budget viability, performance management and pricing structure, andcontract mobilisation.
To this end; the Council will be undertaking a number of activities which include the following: 1) Hosting a Supplier Engagement Event on Monday 27th July 2015 at the Main Lincolnshire County CouncilOffices in Lincoln.
It is intended this session will commence at 10:00 and finish at approximatley 13:00.
At this Event Commissioners will present the current position, there will also be an opportunity for networking as well as discussing the issues requiring feedback as stated above.

There will be time slots allocated to providers after the Supplier Event on the 27th July.
