The brief

Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, North Staffordshire, South East Staffordshire & Seisdon Peninsular, Stafford and Surrounds and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs are seeking to appoint a provider to deliver non-emergency patient transport commencing mid 2020 with the provider appointed through a multi-year contract.

We will be seeking a service which underpins NHS service across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and is seen as being a beacon of good practice with a reputation for great patient experience, reliability, timeliness efficiency and innovation.

The commissioners wish to undertake early engagement with potential providers and subcontractors and the market in general who share our passion and commitment and who are dedicated to providing a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service to the highest possible standards.

In particular the commissioners would like to discuss their plans with the market to understand capacity and the ability of providers to deliver this service.

The Market Engagement Event relating to this contract will be held on 1st July in Stafford at a venue to be confirmed to registered interested parties.
