The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to establish a Framework with reputable, suitably experienced and qualified organisations to provide an innovative and creative range of local (i.e. within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets) supported living accommodation and residential care for people with learning disabilities.
This contract will support the delivery of the Adults Learning Disability Strategy, Living Well in Tower Hamlets and aims to develop a greater range of supported living accommodation and enable people with learning disabilities to live in their own accommodation, closer to their families, friendship networks and local community, as well as offered quality residential care accommodation.
The contract will be divided into three lots: Lot 1 learning disability residential care; Lot 2 learning disability supported living Lot 3 supported living for people with high/complex physical and sensory needs and behaviour that challenges This is a prior information notice to give advance notice to potential suppliers that may be interested in discussing with the team the requirements and applying for this future contract opportunity A bidders' event will be held on Monday 27th January 2020, 10:30 a.m. at Albert Jacob House, 62 Roman Road, London E2 0PG Please register your interest to attend the event through the Portal or by sending an email to Jay.Bains@towerhamlets.gov.uk by 12 noon on 23rd January 2020 quoting 'LD Supporting Living'
