Telecoms and Data Cabling Services for the North East Universities

This PIN is issued to invite attendance to an online SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT EVENT being held on the 23rd AUGUST at 10.30am (via Teams).

The purpose of this event will be to provide potential bidders with some background to the requirement, its proposed structure and how services will be called-off.

Two client representatives will also be joining.

If your company would like to attend please email j.lisle@neupc.ac.uk with a single attendees name and email address no later than 5pm on the 19th August, whereby joining details will be provided on the 20th.

The subsequent invitation to tender will be issued by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium ('NEUPC') in order to establish a framework agreement for Telecoms and Data Cabling services, comprising of small building installations, refurbishments, repairs, maintenance and improvements on University premises, for the North Eastern Universities of Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside.

The works will involve all aspects of telephone and data installations/modifications (excluding BMS) typical of University buildings, such as but not limited to laboratories, small and complex lecture theatres, libraries, café and commercial kitchens, offices (individual and open plan), public areas, meeting rooms, conference rooms, accommodation, plant areas, etc.
