Events Management and Marketing System
The School of Oncology (SoO) require a sophisticated Events Management System (EMS) that would provide a centralised location of management information relating to event bookings, marketing and payments.
Core business management information currently resides on tailored spreadsheets that have evolved to cater to the business’ operational needs and provide data that is required for eSeries, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey and MailChimp.
The Trust is asking for expressions of interest from suitability qualified providers to engage in pre market consultation regarding an EMS.
It should be noted that this engagement exercise in no way guarantees that a procurement exercise will be run at a later date.
At this stage the purpose is to gather information and any organisations that participate do so at their own risk.
