New Museum Project - Trade Package: Master Systems Integrator

The Smart Building Contractor shall be responsible for the design development, coordination, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, demonstration and handover of the integration of the building sub-system networked devices required to achieve the required 'Smart' connected working environment as detailed within this specification.

The building's systems will be delivered as fully commissioned/functional systems, with their own data storage and head end user interface where required.

On completion, all relevant system static (asset) and dynamic (state) operating data will be available to communicate to a validation MQTT broker or future cloud services platform.
