The brief

Medway Council invites quotations for the Make Every Contact Count programme.

The requirements are divided into 2 lots, providers may bid for one or both lots.

Lot 1 - Making Every Contact Count: Evaluation Model Medway Council, on behalf of Health Education England - Kent Surrey and Sussex is seeking an organisation to evaluate the Kent Surrey and Sussex (KSS) Make Every Contact Count project.

KSS has developed a model of MECC within 6 spearhead projects.

We are now considering roll-out this model across the region and are looking for a sound evaluation based on our logic model approach.

Lot 2 - Making Every Contact Count: Skills Training Medway Council, on behalf of Health Education England - Kent, Surrey, Sussex is seek an organisation to arrange, deliver and evaluate a Make Every Contact Count Skills programme across Kent Surrey and Sussex (KSS), to a range of staff groups who have front line contact with people.

Six spearhead projects have been identified, in each upper tier or unitary local authority locality - West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, Kent, Medway and Surrey.

This commission represents part of wider training approach adopted across KSS and follows a KSS eLearning package that staff will need to complete before attending MECC skills training.

This project also includes developing and delivering a Train the Trainer model of training to be used within the selected KSS spearhead projects.
