Therefore, this tender will be completed as a non-Public Contracts Regulations process but will following the 'Open' procedure.
Contractors should not rely on any indicative expenditure or volume levels stated as a commitment of the total value the Contract that will be awarded by Broadacres.
A proportion of the envisaged works are dependent upon Broadacres achieving grant funding as part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund ("SHDF").
If funding is not achieved, the number of works to be completed will be reduced but this will be communicated with the successful contractor.
