Multi-Lot Refurbishment, Maintenance, Repairs & Minor Works Contract, on behalf of Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

In anticipation of this opportunity being advertised, we’re holding a Bidders Day event on 23rd November 2016 at the Grandstand Community Centre in Lincoln.

The Bidders Day will be split into morning and lunch sessions, starting at 09:30 and 12:30 respectively.

The Tender will be looking for suppliers to provide services to the Trusts, including: • Electrical works •Plumbing and heating •General building and joinery •Painting and decorating •Flooring •Glazing and boarding up •Roofing •Scaffolding and working platforms •Plant hire •Skip hire •Drainage •Ground works •Paving and fencing •Surfacing and repairs • Steam services/utilisation •Automatic doors •Maintenance and repair of white goods.

Due to anticipated demand, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and limited to two attendees per supplier.
