Request for Expressions of Interest- Didcot Garden Town Draft Delivery Plan Summary by Technical Author for South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council.

South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council would like to invite suitably experienced suppliers to participate in the Expression of Interest for the provision of Didcot Garden Town Draft Delivery Plan Summary by Technical Author for South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse District Council, Oxfordshire County Council and Oxfordshire LEP successfully bid for garden town status for Didcot in December 2015.

As part of this a grant was received from central government to produce a delivery plan for the Garden Town area.

Once the Delivery Plan has been finalised and approved by Council, there is a need to produce a summary document that can be more easily distributed and circulated than the main document.

Between 09 October 2017 to 03 November July 2017) - Take a holistic view of the draft delivery plan (443 pages)available at www.didcotgardentown.co.uk and produce a summary document using plain English that is consistent with the main document, easy to read and in keeping with the councils' style guide.

The final document will need to be available, in electronic form (capable of being sent to print) by 3rd November 2017.

Expressions of Interest are invited and enc...ts on the issues the project would present, including an indicative price for information purposes only.

This will enable the Capita Procurement team to invoke the ethical walls process with yourselves and the 5C's and ensure a transparent and compliant quotation/tender process is delivered.
