Offsite External Call Handling Services
To provide an out of hours telephony service during Monday to Friday 5pm to 8am and weekend cover from Friday 5pm through to Monday 8am (unless agreed otherwise through formal variation agreed by both parties).
It is to include every bank holiday and Christmas closures between Christmas Eve and first working day after New Year.
This service is required to operate every day of the year.
The contract commencement date will be 1st May 2020 for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods at the discretion of ONGO.
