Sound Booths - Psychology

We require the installation of 2 (possibly 3) sound booths/meeting rooms for our Psychology department.

We will be asking for a cost based on 3, to ensure we can come in under or on budget.

We have a draft room plan but require supplier's to come on site and survey the room, in order to suggest a suitable product in line with the rooms dimensions.

On-site visits will need to be arranged directly with the department.

Details will be shared via the dialogue box.

The only requirements specified so far by the department are: "At the moment we have a base specification of it needs to be good at blocking low frequency noise "voices" basically.

Sound attenuation greater than 15dB attenuation on average from outside to inside noise between 100-250Hz External size more than 118 wide x 190 long x less than 240 cm high, likely less than 200cm wide and long.

We would like to have at least two booths but three may be good if it can fit and is practical.

Being able to move them and with the ability for us to deconstruct and construct them would be highly desirable" We are therefore asking for supplier's to provide a proposal and bid on the project based on their most suitable product which demonstrates good value for money.

We will be using item pricing which is built in to the Proactis system, so please ensure you complete this.

There will not be a pricing matrix for this project.
