Measured Term Contract for Building Planned Maintenance & Responsive Repairs and Mechanical & Electrical Works - Planned & Reactive Maintenance

The Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) is releasing this tender to the market in accordance with the Authority's Contract Regulations and the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015. \n \n The Authority has determined that this project is considered as services and as the estimated contract value is above the EU threshold will be issued using OJEU open tender procedure. \n \n The Authority is advertising this tender opportunity to the wider market providing the opportunity for a wider supply market to tender for this work. \n \n This tender is being advertised for the Authority's requirements for Building Planned Maintenance & Responsive Repairs (Lot 1) and Mechanical & Electrical Works Planned & Reactive Maintenance (Lot 2).

Both requirements are being offered to the market as lots.

Tenderers are invited to submit proposals for either Lot or apply for both requirements. \n \n The contract will be governed by the JCT conditions \n \n The contracts will commence on 1 June 2017 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
