Want to Partner with Serco to Transform Lives and Communities?

Serco intends to participate in the Department for Work and Pensions' forthcoming Future Employment Support (FES) procurement, designed to help unemployed Universal Credit claimants move closer to work, enter sustainable employment and progress in their careers.

FES is expected to provide personalised, locally responsive support tailored to individual needs.

This may include skills and training, work experience, employer-led pathways, job brokerage, self-employment support, coaching, health and wellbeing interventions, childcare and travel support, and access to specialist services such as ESOL, mental health, substance misuse and disability support.
