T17/3579 Marketing (Film) Case Studies
This sits below the typical range for Recreation, Culture & Sport contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 3,522 valued Recreation, Culture & Sport tenders in our corpus.
The university is seeking a supplier to create a series of short films that follow SMEs through innovation processes, capturing innovation activities (innovation labs, problem framing workshops, innovation sprints, strategy in action etc).
These will be based on activities that our team is engaged in with these SMEs.
The footage will include workshops and interviews that follow SMEs and delivery partners through the process of innovation, and will provide content for the project website that creates a constantly building narrative of innovation, with new content delivered on the site regularly to encourage repeated return visits.
We are seeking short films that act as highly accessible and engaging 'FAQ' films that will be made at an early stage in the project, highlighting the innovation themes that relate to Creative Fuse.
This will stimulate demand by opening up ideas about innovation to non-engaged SMEs.
The suite of films will feature a range of participants and voices so that academic expertise and SME experience are fully reflected within the narratives.
Working with our team, the supplier will help us ensure that a large number of innovation relationships with SMEs are captured at the earliest stage; a selected number of these will be followed through during late 2017 and into 2018 to capture an innovation journey from starting point through to the development of new products, services and jobs; and the impact that results from such innovation.
The marketing case studies will stimulate demand by exciting interest in real journeys that SMEs undertake in the innovation process; by showcasing the impact that innovation has on SMEs; and by ensuring that SMEs are aware that Creative Fuse makes it easy for SMEs to access university expertise in order to grow their business.
The case studies will also create a tangible legacy for continuing to promote innovation post-project and engaging with the Growth Hub.
This contract will require a degree of flexibility to enable engagement with key project events and activities, the frequency of which will vary throughout the contract.
