Central Bedfordshire Council aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) between the Council and approved providers for the provision of holiday activities for eligible children as per the specification and in accordance with, but not limited to the Department for Education (DfE) HAF guidance and expectations alongside the School Food Standards Guidelines.

Providers should predominantly focus their offer of services in the areas identified as having the highest number of children eligible for free school meals within the county which are: Sandy, Biggleswade, Shefford, Stotfold, Marston Moretaine, Cranfield, Ampthill, Flitwick, Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard.
