The Contractor shall be expected to hold the following levels of insurance £10m Public Liability, £10m Product Liability, £5m Professional Indemnity.

KBS Maritime are delivering an ambitious, modern and enduring change to the Portsmouth Naval base infrastructure, securing investment in the local community and ensuring fit-for-purpose, world-leading fleet support for the Royal Navy and the UK in the decades ahead.
Project Background- There is a requirement to carry out a site wide replacement of the existing Public Address (PA)/Emergency Notification system within HMNB Portsmouth.
The project will consist of replacing approximately 140 existing outdoor/indoor units and installing approximately 25 new units.
The system will be controlled from a newly constructed control room situated within the existing control room building.
All redundant equipment to be removed.
The approximate budget will be £3.5 - £4.5 million over an installation period of approximately 36 months, dependent on final programme.
KBS Works Contract will be applicable to this project (this will be made available at ITT stage)
