Concession Contract for Managed Launderette Services

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for a Concessions Contract for a Managed Launderette Service.
The University currently has an agreement with the incumbent supplier who manages the running of 8 laundry rooms across the campus, and is looking to agree a new contract commencing in September 2019.
Mobilisation can commence from 1st August 2019.
The specification for the new contract can be found in Schedule 1 of the ITT.
In summary, this shall include, but is not limited to, new equipment, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, online customer information and a 24/7 helpdesk.
The turnover of this contract in 17/18 was in excess of £350,000, which is consistent with previous years.
Site Visit: Tenderers are invited to attend a site visit on 15th or 20th February.
