The footprint will include the entire seafront (approx.
3 miles) and two Park and Ride locations.

Yarmouth every month after award of contract, and make any site visits as deemed necessary to within the footprint.

A full and comprehensive risk assessment will be required prior to sign off of the medical plan.
The chosen medical provider is responsible for all costs of their staff and any accommodation required enabling them to fully service and cover the event as per the criteria stated.
Due to the critical nature of this event the Trust will not permit any providers to use sub-contractors and must deliver 100% of the Contract themselves.
The duration of contract will cover the event from 15th -18th June 2017 and any meetings and site visits prior to the event.
