This procurement is for a contract to cover both complete electrical rewires or upgrades to Corby Borough Council’s domestic housing stock as specified.
Examples of upgrade work are the replacement of the consumer unit, part renewal of the system such as kitchen and bathroom circuits, the installation of mains smoke alarms etc.
The aim being to bring any installation up to the current (17th ) Edition IEE wiring regulations.
It is anticipated that the contract will be for 3 years.
