The PCC and Merseyside Police are seeking a supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced to provide a continuous Service for the Provision of Banking Services.

The successful supplier will: • Demonstrate commercial advantage, stability, technical capability and the capacity to deliver requisite quality of the provision of a Banking Service competitively; • Fully understand the Banking Service required and provide a cost effective, service that meets the needs; • Work with the PCC and Merseyside Police to deliver year on year efficiencies and cost reductions in order to deliver the service required during a period of austerity; • Measure performance to demonstrate achievement; • Be fully compliant with all applicable legislations and have robust quality control / assurance processes.
