The works are to be carried out in accordance with all documents and drawings contained within the RFQ.
The intention is to award the Contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price.
This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding body.
