This is published via the Health Family eCommercial System (https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome The trust has two requirements: • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnosis and Medication Titration and Review for Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark • Autistic Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis Service for Croydon.

Both requirements are being tendered as a single requirement.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnosis and Medication Titration and Review Local Context South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) for four London Boroughs- Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

There are waiting lists for children and young people in Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark who need assessment for ADHD, or who, having been screened and/or assessed, require medication titration or review.

All have been affected by a backlog of cases requiring medication review, including physical health checks, since appointments were cancelled or deferred in 2020/21.

The review backlog impacts on new referrals.

There is a requirement for additional help to reduce the backlogs and enable compliance with waiting time targets for referral to treatment.

Autistic Spectrum Disorder Diagnosis Service Local Context South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) for four London Boroughs- Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

Croydon CAMHS is commissioned to provide the ASD diagnostic service for children and young people aged 5-18 years.

There is a large backlog of referrals awaiting assessment arising from the issues during 2020.

There is a requirement for additional help to reduce the backlogs and enable compliance with waiting time targets for assessment, diagnosis and discharge.

Some of the latter may require additional assessment for ADHD.
