Employers Agent/Cost Consultant

Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Employers Agent/Cost Consultant to support its proposal to develop a site in South Ockendon.

It is anticipated that this phased commission with progress linked to RIBA stages will span the development and submission of proposals to gain planning consent and other statutory approvals, prepare and monitor cost plans throughout the project, assist with the development of detailed design, prepare tender documentation, manage the procurement process within Council guidelines to secure a contractor (in conjunction and in consultation with the Council), manage the works through to completion of the defect liability period.
