Market Engagement Event - Provision of Independent Complaint Officers Service
Hull City Council is hosting a market engagement event for the Provision of Independent Complaint Officers Service via MS Teams on 5th February 2025 between the hours 10:00 -11:30am.
The purpose of the market engagement event is to give any parties interested in tendering for the Independent Complaint Officer Service the opportunity to: • learn more about the requirements; • learn more about the procurement process and contractual arrangements the Council intends to use.
While the Event is scheduled to take place prior to the commencement of the formal procurement process, it will be conducted in a fully transparent manner with all presentations, questions and answers fully documented and shared with all registered participants.
