The brief

Requirement for a culture change programme supported by our leadership teams to develop a caring culture based on person centred care.

We are looking for a hybrid model of classroom and ward-based training to refocus the teams emotional intelligence and improve the quality of patient staff interactions based on compassion, empathy and understanding.

We require support to implement a model of care that promotes team members recognising the lived experience of patients admitted to our wards and promoting mental wellbeing alongside good mental health.

It is important that our staff have a clear understanding of truly person centred care and least restrictive care planning and are given the tools and resources to enable them to provide an outstanding service and recognise what 'good' looks and feels like.
