Notification of Contract Opportunity for the Installation of Payment Entry Systems and the External Management of Public Conveniences
East Lindsey District Council wish to formally notify suitable suppliers of a forthcoming contract opportunity for undertaking the installation of payment entry systems and the external management/operation of Public Conveniences within the district.
The Council are currently exploring ways to achieve savings against current operational costs and also achieve a potential income, whilst at the same time providing suitable public convenience provision throughout the district.
It is intended that 13 no.
Public Conveniences located at Skegness, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Louth will be included within the contract, which will have an anticipated duration of 10 years with a further option to extend.
Suppliers will be required to install payment entry systems at all locations with options for providing a fully managed service including income collection, cleaning, maintenance and all other operational costs.
