FORTHCOMING TENDER PROVIDER FEEDBACK OPPORTUNITY Declutter and Deep Clean Service in Milton Keynes and Regular Cleaning Service in Milton Keynes To provide house clearance and cleaning for vulnerable adult social care clients Milton Keynes Council is about to embark on a tender process, through a framework, to provide clearance and cleaning services to some of our most vulnerable clients.

The overall purpose of the services is to ensure that clients are able to live in the community in clean and safe homes.

Some of these clients will have hoarding habits and for a variety of personal reasons, require assistance to keep their homes clean and clear of clutter.

The provider(s) of these services will work closely with our adult social care staff. o The Declutter and Deep Clean service will be a 'one off' service where homes have become uninhabitable or unpleasant to live o The Regular cleaning service will provide 'routine' cleaning usually once or twice a week to ensure homes remain clean.

We are looking for either a single provider for both services or two separate providers to deliver these services.

If you are interested in the provision of either the 'one-off' Declutter and Deep Cleaning service or the Regular Cleaning service, you are invited to feedback your comments and observations on the draft specifications.

The Council intends to review the comments and observations received before finalising the services to be procured.

The contracts will each be for at least three years with a possible extension of a year.
