The Council is looking for feedbacks (without limitations) on the operating capacity, delivery arrangements and other factors likely to influence a party's interest in this project.

Prospective bidders who wish to attend the event should notify of their intention to attend via the email address \"procurement@towerhamlets.gov.uk.\" This PIN notice is indicative only of the Council's intentions and requirements for the procurement and is not a call for competition.

The Council reserves the right to amend its requirements, which will be more definitive in the contract notice.
