The brief

The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following; CPI's Beneq TFS500 ALD reactor has an additional requirement for a process that requires Ammonia gas.

The equipment is based at CPI's Printable Electronics facility.

This specification outlines a design for an Ammonia delivery system.

An ammonia bottle is to be placed on the outside of the cleanroom building.

A facility panel will control the bottle for safe gas delivery (and maintenance) to a metal pipeline to the TFS reactor inside the building.
