The British Film Institute (BFI) aims to make its moving image collections available to audiences through the widest range of platforms and technologies.
To help achieve these objectives the BFI intends to implement a framework agreement: Tenderers are invited to bid for as many of the individual separate Lots as they wish.
Successful tenderers can be appointed to a combination of one Lot only or a combination of Lots.
The current estimated value for each individual Lot for the duration of the Framework Agreement is as follows: Lot One – Film Scanning Services - £1M to £1.5M Lot Two – Video and Audio Services - £300,000 to £350,000 Lot Three – Photochemical Services - £300,000 to £350,000 The number of tenderers to be awarded to each individual Framework Lot is envisaged to be between 2 and 6
