Production Insurance Centre Service

The requirement is for the management and administration of the Production Insurance Centre which provides production insurance related services to participating in-house genres and BBC's commissioned independent productions.

In managing the service, the supplier will be expected to conduct many of the functions which an insurer of such risks performs from the underwriting of the production to the authorising of claims settlements as well as placing standalone covers for individual productions where necessary and complementary to the scope of the scheme.

The Contract will have a term of three years commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2019.
