The brief

The aim of this project is to tackle bringing empty homes back into use in Fylde, providing additional affordable housing and to enhance the quality of existing housing stock in the borough.

The project is to run for two years, with an evaluation of the impact to inform future planning regarding bringing empty homes back into use.

The project will cover refurbishment costs and administrative/management costs incurred by the Registered Provider over a two-year period.
