Bexhill Academy ICT Tender 2023

Bexhill Academy is a secondary school located in Gunters Lane, Bexhill, Bexhill-on-Sea TN39 4BY, with approximately 1,500 pupils and currently has an in-house IT team consisting of 1 x IT manager, 1 x senior IT technician and 1 x IT technician who would TUPE across to the successful bidder who will be responsible for training and performance management.Bexhill Academy has been through a period of prolonged absences including a six month sabbatical of the IT manager resulting in a period of two weeks where there were no available staff in the IT department.

As a result of these absences several vulnerabilities were exposed and as a result Bexhill Academy has been buying into a temporary managed service to assist with support.

Bexhill Academy now require consistency in order to support the teaching and learning function of Bexhill Academy.The Contractor will be expected to supply high quality support and take responsibility for Bexhill Academy administration system, including servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, tablets and software.

It is expected that The Contractor will have the highest technical and customer service standards along with the ability/willingness to use their technical and industry contacts to work in true partnership with Bexhill Academy.Please download the tender pack and contact our procurement consultant Mr.
