VDI software refresh including VMWare support - AWARD
VMWare Horizon 7 licensed to provide virtual desktop & server environment for 2,000 concurrent users to include focused, 24-Hour Support for Production Environments to be provided direct from VMWare for a 12 month duration period, starting seamlessly at midnight on 27th March 2019 when the existing licence expires at 2359 hours on 26th March 2019.
Specifically support includes (but is not limited to): o Focused, 24-Hour Support For Production Environments; o Global, 24x7 support for Severity 1 issues; o Fast response times for critical issues; o Unlimited number of support requests; o Remote Support; o Online access to documentation and technical resources, knowledge base, discussion forums; and o Online access to product updates and upgrades.
