The brief

VRU- Community Fathers Pilot Evaluation The Violence Reduction Unit will be commissioning an Evaluation Partner for the Community Fathers Pilot Programme.

The Community Fathers Pilot will be delivered across two localities, where a partnership approach is welcomed.

The programme will provide safe spaces, workshops, residentials, advocacy and support/mentoring services.

It will incorporate peer-to-peer support and have specialist facilitators that will support men with self-development, whilst healing trauma, and teaching principles and providing tools to have non-violent conversations, enabling them to be positive role models to others in their communities, and within their own families.

The Evaluation Partner will design and deliver a high-quality evaluation to explore the impact of the programme in relation to its desired outcomes.

The Partner will be expected to support the development of robust monitoring mechanisms so that it aligns with VRU Outcomes Framework, and we're able to evaluate and monitor change.

The maximum budget for the evaluation will be approximately £75,000 over approximately 20 months.

The tender documentation will be released on Contracts Finder in November 2023, a link to this notice will be published on the same day.
