The brief

Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of refurbishment to 17 & 19 Walmer Road, Whitstable and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements.

It is a condition of the Invitation to Quote that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit which is expected to take approx 1.5 hours.

Any contractor who does not attend one of these site visits will be disqualified from the tender process (see 2.1.3 for further details on how to make your booking).

The Contract is anticipated to commence late Feb/March 2023 and will continue for a period of 12 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
