Roofing Replacement and Associated works include the removal of the existing roof coverings to the Listed Mill and the replacement of new coverings, rooflights, rainwater goods and associated strengthening works and drainage works.

A decision on this application is expected in late August/early September.
The appointment of the building contractor on this project will be subject to securing the ERDF funding.
