Local repairs to floor thresholds, decoration and ceiling tiles/grids.
5.
Electrical spur positions (for controls) to be notified to client before commencement of works.
6.
Environmental disposal of redundant materials incl waste management procedures.
7.
Preliminaries/Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
