To Establish a Framework Agreement to deliver the servicing of the Authority's mechanical and electrical plant, fixed wiring testing and small works arising

The Authority's Property Services are proposing to create a non-exclusive Mechanical and Electrical Servicing and Repairs four year framework with a single Provider to deliver the servicing of the Authority's mechanical and electrical plant, fixed wiring testing and small works arising.

The main stock consists of Leisure centre a sports stadium, office blocks a works depot, Art Gallery and Museum, an 1830 Pump Rooms, various toilet blocks and sports pavilions and miscellaneous other properties.
