Contract and Estates-related Legal Services - AWARD
Lancaster University intends to appoint a provider of legal services to support its Facilities Team.
This shall include, but is not limited to, putting in place contracts (mainly JCT) for construction projects and related ad-hoc legal advice.
The University also requires assistance in creating and executing leases for its commercial tenants.
Value: circa £50,000 to £100,000 per annum Term 2 years initial plus annual extensions up to a maximum of 5 years Please note that this procurement exercise is to establish a single supplier framework from which we can call off.
It is not for one specific piece of work.
