In each year from 2018 to 2021 design and delivery of an annual leadership development programme including coaching for 16 participants and providing MBTI reports and materials for 16 participants annually, professional leadership support for a Steering Group for the project and professional leadership support for the development of the leadership community in the West Midlands.
