2) Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT), which, on the basis of the tender documents aims to establish the best proposal to deliver the contract together with the establishment of a target cost.
It is anticipated that approximately 4 contractors will be taken forward to this stage.
The PQQ will be issued through the InTend portal, and as such, any queries arising from the PQQ should be directed back through the InTend portal.
