The brief

In February 2015 the EHRC commissioned a report to develop an approach to evaluating the fifteen resources.

The report was produced in June and is entitled 'Human Rights in Health and Social Care project: final evaluation scoping report'.

It can be found as a separate enclosure in the tender pack.

It was intended that the evaluation approach developed will enable EHRC to answer the following broad evaluation research questions: 1.

What changes are attributable to the 15 resources applied (drawing on existing performance management information if this is being collected)?

2.

Where could resources be more widely applied or transferable, and what factors are needed for success?

3.

What learning from the application of the resources can inform future human rights training resources for health and social care?

As part of exploring the changes that have come about as a result of the training resources (question one), the contractor will be expected to address the following more specific questions in relation to effectiveness and impact Effectiveness and Impact
